The TNT tracking app found the shipment I was expecting- but the issue is that TNT just failed to ship it. They ask me to fill in a form to reschedule, but the form doesn’t work. It tells me to call a toll number which tells me they can’t even connect me to a live person because I don’t have a cuatomer ID (or maybe I do but they don’t tell me where to find it). End result: in 5 days they will return the shipment because I wasn’t able to set up a new delivery. Which I kinda would have expected to do through this app. Utter crap.
