經常性重複扣除金幣
購買金幣後，每個月總有兩三次經常性重複扣除金幣，向客戶反映只會電郵回覆，並兜兜轉轉指自己無法處理相關事宜！

平台唔係好掂
買幣搵客，用曬$268只係有一個真正嘅客，回本都成一個問題，唔好話搵客，用app時自己留意吓就知講咩，真心希望平台能夠完善d，等有心人能夠繼續用興趣賺錢

比晒證件都認證唔到，垃圾app
假工作很多
回覆客戶要付幣，但是不成功交易 不要充值
揾客完全唔得
試過充錢，看到有客post需求，報著價，扣著錢，客完全冇覆，Whatsapp著都未讀冇覆，我都怀疑係假客，勸大家唔好用這個app揾客，平臺做假的可能性好大。
假需求
斷斷續續用左好多年，每次想搵客諗唔到辦法都想試下hello Toby，每次都失望刪app。 每次報完價都冇人覆，報價又唔係特別高。 WhatsApp個客都唔覆，10個9個唔覆，剩返個個問完幾錢又唔覆。
不公平的平台
服務提供者要付費使用平台 客戶反而不用付費使用平台 非常多假客戶，或無理的客戶 令到服務提供者無故損失
