This app has the worst strict rules on the subscription and the customer service they have is one of the worst. One of the worst things they have is you cannot change you subscription device always you have a limited number of times
A lot of bugs especially when used on an Android TV. The subscription prices is expensive to the value received. Plus there is a high chance you will be charged twice or charged but without activating the subscription.

Don’t get caught , you will be charged but suddenly the subscription will stopped and when you try to contact them you will only speak to yourself because there is no contact number, no live chat , only a chat bot and you will receive an email from them 99% an auto mail with no solution Even on social media you will not get any response, I decided to apply for a refund and i will stop my subscription immediately Do not get caught in a worst app and customer service ever

BE CAREFUL, they will charge you for a year then they will cancel your subscription after a few days. Limited contents anyway DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOWNLOADING IT

EVERY TIME I PLAY ANYTHING WITH ARABIC SUBTITLE, NEXT TIME WHEN I WANT TO CONTINUE WATCH I HAVE TO CHOOSE SUBTITLE AGAIN. NEED TO FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP.
Worst official app I ever used. No support at all. Not working on Apple TV with no way of connecting to any support or help center to solve issues. A really really bad app. What a waste of money.
