I have membership and Iam paying to it and I’m unable to watch, no customer service, error form the app, they never pay attention to any customer complain

The title gives it away, so many times when i want to watch something on the app it says subscribe to watch, while i have been subscribing for almost a year. What the hell is that? Fix your bad app, i hope apple remove your app from app store.

نصب واحتيال
بعد ان تم اشتراكي في البرنامج وتم اخذ مبلغ مالي من لدي تم ابلاغي بان لدي جهازين استطيع استخدامهم ولكن لا استطيع الا بدخول حساب واحد فقط لماذا النصب والاحتيال وعدم المصداقيه للمشتركين واعلم انه لم يتم الرد علي وعلى هذه المشكله تم الغاء الاشتراك

تم ترقية الحساب مرتين من ٩ الى ١١ الى ١٧$ ومازال مايشتغل عندي عالتلفزيون وللاسف مافي خدمة عملاء وراسلتهم عالانستغرام وارسل ايميل ومازال البرنامج مايشتغل الا عالهاتف فقط.
