I did the preliminary “evaluation” decided it wasn’t for me. I canceled and asked for my money back. They charged me again. I contacted them about the issue. They won’t refund my money but they said they would cancel the subscription. I was just charged double the previous monthly charge. I’ve now been billed out of $120 for something I have never used.
Super expensive app that doesn’t do what it says. God help you if you forget about signing up for this ridiculously unhelpful app as they happily continue to hit you for $30 a month whether or not you are using the app. It’s just too bad I can’t rate this horrible app zero stars…do yourself a favor, just move on past this one and save yourself time, money, and frustration.
Signed up for $19.99 annual payment to find my card charged $29.99/mo and when I go in the app, all I see is to sign up for 25% off $14.99 year. No way to contact them for credit for unauthorized charges. Now disputing through my bank

This app does nothing but take $60 out of your account per month and there’s no way to cancel. I fell for it with its motivational IG ads, and now I’m left with $60 being sucked out of my account each month, and when I get onto the app, my only option is to re-sign up for “$14.99” and it claims I HAVE NO existing account. I’m so mad.
Total scam. They have been charging me 97.00 on the 14th of every month AND an additional 34 per month for no value!!!
Avoid this. They do not respond to customer communications or requests to cancel and will continue to charge your payment source.
