The daily Hayom Yom app brings you daily inspiration based on the "Hayom Yom" calendar that the Rebbe compiled in 1943, at the Friediker Rebbe's request.
The Hayom Yom is a collection of brief stories, Chassidisher sayings, and Chabad Minhagim, that the Rebbe collected from the Friediker Rebbe's Sichos, letters, and Reshimos.
When asking that a calendar of this sort be compiled, the Friediker Rebbe said that "a Sefer of this sort can only be compiled by a profound "pnimi", fundamentally organized, a man of broad and deep understanding".
