Unprofessional
Very unprofessional company selling luxury holiday. 20 minute on the phone just to get my booking .made a booking 5 day in advance and ad to cancel so I phone up and was only told to email them. Took 2 day to rely after I phone them again for then found out no refund so I lost 225 pound. Term and condition were not available on the link just 404 errors but yes now it work and say they need 10 week notice ? They are very slow to reply to email and pointless on the phone . Luxury holiday? By the way the same property they represent can be booked on booking. Com with no charge and you can cancel within loosing your money. They charge 35 pound per booking
