TOGO'S Sandwiches

Somehow the app logged me out and now it won’t let me login despite putting my username and password. I’ve tried about 30 times. The website login works though.

So this is the 3rd time I have ordered online from the Carmichael location. Each time they omit the chips from my bag and I don’t find out till I am home. This last time I sent someone else to pick up the order and explicitly advised them to make sure to grab the chips. When they arrived they asked if the chips were in the bag. The employee answered yes but when they got home there was only 1 bag of chips instead of 2. I am so frustrated with the employees at this location. I mean they should, if nothing else, remind the customer to grab their chips if the employees are not going to put them in with the order! I can’t imagine on what business model it’s ok to purposely omit items from a customer’s order and just assume the customer knows they’re supposed to grab it themselves. I mean really WTH!

It’s a good place I enjoy the food myself but truly something about them automatically adding a tip instead of just offering the option to do so is kinda mind blowing. There’s a remove button but if you’re in a rush and that was not your intention your stuck automatically paying a tip you may not have wanted or prefer to give cash after you truly see the service being provided. My issue is with the app in reality not this location.

Note that the app is set up to automatically add a 15% tip. to your order. I guess so they don’t have to pay the employees better.

The Togos app is hard to navigate. It does not seem like I can order exactly what I want. Why isn’t there a build your own sandwich feature? You have to mess around with a pre fixed sandwich and can never seem to get it the way I want. It is hard to subtract items from the pre-fixed sandwich options. With picky kids it can be a nightmare when the order comes out wrong. Need to make the ordering part easier to use. As expensive as a Togos sandwich has become, I should be able to get what I want.

When I placed my order, I didn’t see the tiny box to remove the tip, which was automatically added in as five dollars. Just FYI.

All three of my sandwiches wrong. 65 bucks flush! I’ve eaten here before so what happened?!! Where the cheese I ordered? Ok never goin back there.

Please fix your app or hire someone to do it, the entire app is full of system errors

I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich when I got back to work opened up sandwich theres was No meat! Called into store they said they would refund me and never did, no way to request refund via app either

If you do not receive something from your order, Togo’s will blame whatever third party delivery service they choose to use to deliver their food.
