Tokeet

I’ve been a Tokeet customer now for well over a year. I will say that when you first begin with Tokeet, you will need to learn the software and understand how everything connects, flows, etc. Not easy so plan on being frustrated in the beginning. There is no phone support but they are available 24/7 via messaging and will answer and solve your issues every time. Tokeet is one of the few PMS systems that offer a phone app. I love being able to work my properties from my phone which is a huge plus! The app works great and never had an issue with it. Again, hardest part is learning how to navigate. Once you know it, you will be very pleased with Tokeet. Pricing is also on the lower side versus competition. Thank you Tokeet!

Not able to log into app

The app is awesome and the customer service is awesomer

It took an hour to figure out, but you can actually use this app to give your cleaning staff instructions!

I'm still using it. Which is more than I can say for the guesty app my employer insisted on.

I didn't sign up for Tokeet because they have a mobile app since that's pretty standard, but now that I'm using it I really think it's one of my favorite features.

That's all I need! I can't tell you how many times I've been speaking with a (potential) guest and wished I could just have my current vacancies without having to call the office

I wasn't sure I'd use the mobile app, but it's actually pretty cool. Glad I tried it!
