大不如前
以前週週上新且幾乎都是現貨，現在上新速度變慢而且幾乎都是預購；以前衣服質感設計樣樣皆在其它網拍之上，現在每況愈下，有時甚至沒有購買的慾望。感覺現在只是在消耗以前東京著衣全盛時期留下的好觀感，現在正在走下坡
出貨超慢
才訂沒幾件衣服出貨也可以拖這麼久😑

服務態度超爛沒效率又ㄧ問三不知不知道哪裡請來的工讀生還是靠關係進去的

在手機上辦帳號 結果在電腦無法登入 用同一個email居然可以再辦一次帳號 也查不到訂單 使用體驗很差 不推薦
與官網不同步
會員資料不同步也就算了， 連商品都沒有同步， App裡找不到官網的部分商品， 價格算法也不同， 商品尺寸顏色官網沒了但app裡還有， 介面簡單清楚我覺得不錯用， 但會員資訊以及商品同步更新真的有待加強
