Use this fire and safety information app to easily learn about firefighting and first-aid whenever and wherever you want! As the app includes many functions such as a chatbot and maps, you can tailor use to your personal interests.
Main functions and content
● Chatbot
Kyuta chats with you to answer your questions. Enter keywords to help Kyuta narrow down the question and provide the answers you’re looking for.
● Emergency contacts
The app displays page links and emergency phone numbers such as 119 and emergency advisory center numbers (touch the numbers to call them with your smartphone.)
● First-aid support
The app features a useful CPR video and a tempo which teaches you the correct rhythm for chest compression.
● FAQ
Display questions and answers about fires and first aid. You can switch between content for individuals or business offices, and view the information by category. The app also displays frequently accessed questions in a ranking format.
● Fire map
The fire map displays the locations of fire department facilities, fire museums, disaster prevention learning centers, seminar venues, and firefighting events. You can also add search filters, such as “I want to see a band” and “I want to ride the VR disaster demonstration vehicle,” to find exactly what you want.
● Schedule function
You can register fire-related events, seminars, and qualification tests to your schedule from a list or the map. You can even set a reminder when you register an event.
● Event list
Switch between information for your area or the entire Tokyo region. The app also displays information about bands, color guards, and different demonstration vehicles.
● Stamp rally
After participating in an event, take a survey to receive a stamp. Collect 4 stamps to receive 1 digital fire card.
● Mini games
There a plenty of fire quizzes and jigsaw puzzles. Select from a variety that includes everything from simple questions to topics for hardcore enthusiasts. These are also linked to fire department ranks. Aim to reach fire chief level!
● Multilingual support
Some content is available in English, Chinese (simplified and traditional), and Korean.
