Incomplete and unreliable
Even though the app is easy to use, it has two major drawbacks: - Besides the inner Tokyo subway, it only knows the Yamanote rail line and ignores many other rail lines and their stops as well as stops in the outskirts (e.g. the Haneda airport and all stops beyond Sengakuji). - It does not take into account the walking time when changing lines. As the distances can be several hundred meters between lines (without conveyor belts!), the additional time is not negligible and it is not possible to select routes with short walking distances. Another feature that would be useful is the price of the trip.
