More details for black belt pomodoro ninjas:
It is flexible because it does not force you into intervals with second precision. It just notifies you about the interval end and you decide when do you want to continue with the next interval. This is more realistic in a real world scenario as you might need an extra minute or so to complete your current work before you want to go for a break. It is a similar experience as a traditional analog pomodoro timer. Our statistics module can figure out what counts as a set or break, so you still get the same insight and discipline for your focused work.

"The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for 'tomato', after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student." - [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique)

I use this mainly with my Apple Watch. This app seems to be rare in that the complication shows roughly what time is left *when your wrist is down* AND it vibrates repeatedly until you move to the next timer. There isn’t another app I know of that does this, and I like that this isn’t subscription based. I like the second thing because when I’m focused sometimes I miss the initial vibration and with other apps I’ll blow through the break, kinda defeating the purpose of pomodoro. I like that this app waits for you to advance the timer and ensure that you’re taking proper breaks. The only reason I took off a star is because it doesn’t support having short and long breaks, so I use my timer app for the long break. I hope this feature can be incorporated soon!

THE best pomodoro app for iPhone and Apple Watch

I have tried all the Pomodoro apps out there on the App Store including the ones requiring subscriptions and this one is by far the best. It works great and is easy to use. It has definitively helped me stay focused during the day! Well worth the reasonable ONE TIME purchase price and glad to support the dev in doing so!

Best pomodoro app for AW

I’ve tried pretty much every pomodoro app, and this one is the best. Favorite part is that it actually vibrates like a timer so I can’t ignore it and it has a complication that I can quickly glance at. Highly recommend giving this app a shot.

The best Apple Watch pomodoro timer

Update 7/16/2020 The developer quickly added the feature I requested. Now this is the best pomodoro timer app on Apple Watch imo. Thanks for building this! Original review: This app is awesome. My one request is could we have an option to change the watch face icon from that smiling tomato to just showing countdown minutes? It looks cute, but I just need something looks more professional. I’m sure will change my rating to 5 start if that got added in the next release. Thanks!

Perfect Pomodoro App

This app gets everything right: It has a simple 25 minute countdown with 5 minute break, it notifies you when the 25 minutes is up with a constant vibration so that you can confirm whether or not you would like to take a break, it runs in the background, and it doesn’t have a crazy subscription model. Absolutely perfect.
