App said zero dollars for first month, selected it and then immediately charged my billing info

We have been with Tommy’s for a long time but the price is just too much to justify on 2 vehicles. We wanted to keep our plan but you don’t offer family plans like Mister Car Wash so we made the switch. Ended up saving us like $25/month on our 2 cars. If you ever start doing family plans that are competitive we would likely make the switch back as your locations are slightly more convenient.

I downloaded the app and it keeps saying my cellphone is already registered yet won’t let me use it to log in. Why?

App no longer provides for vacuuming. The “chat” dimply tells me to go talk to attendants. But attendants are never outside, but inside running the wash.

The app is intuitive in structure but you can't actually edit most things as it describes on the website. There is no web portal for a pc either. So make sure you never change vehicles , phone numbers or credit cards if you are on iOS lol . The app is virtually worthless.

This was my first time coming here but I bypass it on my way to Walmart all the time but that FREE MONTH caught my attention lol!! Ima keep my subscription but this month free with the biggest package membership is where it’s at! The car wash was the best part! The vacuums aren’t that great to me but they do wash floor mats for free lol and that’s good for me!! Awesome Place! Nice and Clean!!

It’s $10 a wash at my locally owned place rather than this fast food looking clown factory. I have no idea how much a membership or wash costs at Tommy’s because there’s zero pricing information online except “download the app!” Well, it doesn’t work, so I guess I’ll stick with my locally owned wash.

I can’t cancel my subscription from the app. When asked to select plan I’ll like to cancel. Although the plan is selected it will not allow me to select continue.

I had a 3 month coupon and they still took monthly dues out of my account. Put in a 3 month coupon for my husband same month and only gave him one month. They fixed both but shouldn’t have to monitor and check each time I have been gifted a coupon. Why is this app so terrible? You can not check your dates and renewals … I keep track on my calendar on my phone. The garage door also fell in the hood of my husbands car. They are paying for damages.
