Pure and simple

Finally, I’ve found an app that does the one simple thing I want - show me my gps co-ordinates! No maps, no “what’s around me” fluff, just my co-ordinates, pure and simple!

Great App

Great at what it does. Fast, simple gps coordinates. Doesn’t drain battery. Would be perfect for Apple Watch.

So simple - just what I’m after!

No link to Google maps anymore?

Great app, but I used to be able to copy coordinates to notes which would link to Google maps, unfortunately not happening anymore and was probably the best function.

Very good Ap for Aussie bushwalkees

This is a simple app that does exactly what a bushwalker needs. For me I use it on day walks instead of using a GPS unit and for a bushwalker in 85 % Of day walks I go on it means I don't need a plb either, I would be able to just call in the emergency on my phone. Now with a clever addition of a magnetic heading, I am seriously considering only walking with my phone and map. Except for training I have only ever used a compass on a walk to check a quick direction of a track junction and orient a map (I'm old school, must always walk with a map). Now I can pull out the map, turn on the app, orient and locate on the map without a fuss. For me this app went from very good to excellent. Well done.

Additional Local Grids + stakeout

Great App - the ability to add custom grids with unique parameters would be very useful for Surveyors. As would the ability to enter a grid co-ordinate and have the app give a direction and distance to that point from the current position.

Works well. Large font. Will change to 5 when it realises ipad has gps. Refuses to load

Very nice

Using this for government work here in Australia and it's less than 3m difference than our expensive car mounted gps. Now I have a portable gps for co-ordinates at remote radio sites. Thanks!!
