Description

Tone Dial is a simple app that dials your iPhone contacts as DTMF tones through the speaker of your iPhone so that you can call using your land line.
Place the speaker of your iPhone next to the microphone of the land line phone and dial contacts from your iPhone on your land line.
Tone Dial includes several options to "adjust" the numbers in your contacts to work correctly over the land line. For example it can convert numbers starting with "+" into country exit codes so that international calls can be made correctly. It also has options to add or remove "1" from numbers outside your local area code.

I installed this app but it isn’t listed in the Settings app. Is this the correct behavior? I wasn't asked if allowing this app to access Contacts during the installation, but it shows the contents of Contacts. How does this app do it?

使い勝手の良いアプリ

固定電話を使う機会は減りましたが、その少ない機会であってもこのアプリがあればiPhoneの連絡先に登録済みの番号へ簡単にかける事が出来ます。 iPhoneのスピーカー部を受話器の送話口に当てて電話を掛けたい相手の番号を選ぶだけ。かけ間違える危険もありません。容量を食う訳でもなく連絡先の内容を勝手にアップロードする様なマルウェアでも無いので安心して使えます。
