The app is good, even great as my colleagues in the orchestra tell me, but I am a bassoonist and have kept this app installed for years in hope they include it.
Their web site have been promoting this addition forever and am yet to see it implemented. Upon communicating with the devs, by asking about it, I was recommended to use the euphonium instead. I don’t think they know what a bassoon is to say that. Challenges are completely different, and I want to compete with fellow professional bassoonists.
If you play one of the « next instrument to be added » including the bassoon (which is a core classical instrument, totally unlike the basse clarinet, oboe d’amour, or even euphonium!), then forget this app and stick to your scale studies books and record/listen to your practicing.
Sorry but 2 stars mostly because of false advertising. I hate lies and deception.

Terrible Subscription Deal Ruins An Otherwise Great App
It’s super annoying that a user can and does pay $150 for a year’s subscription but then when that subscription expires, the user cannot complete the levels that they already unlocked. If I take lessons and buy some books, I can still continue to use those books which I’ve already purchased! I understand that I shouldn’t be able to progress further, but come on - why can I not try to 3-star the levels I’ve already done? Really though. Geez. This is not a cheap subscription by any means… Some of us need to save up our pennies.

Great tool but $$$
Its just great to practice with this app, and a quite humbling experience for pros too. I have a master’s degree in jazz performance and i noticed some pitch issues in my playing so yeah its super fun.
Negative point is that when you’re done with the free few exercises, advertisement starts being super aggressive and totally wrecks the flow and the experience, the horn cools down while you listen to the ad for the 20th time. Its very frustrating. The premium version is priced way too high, same as netflix who spends millions on producing stuff... how much money do you need guys?? 2$ a month would be legit.
