I was playing, then suddenly I was kicked out of the table. Was trying to log in, however, I cannot log in. I cannot recover my account. Tried to uninstall and install, however, I still can’t log in.

After you pay to purchase coins, u will lose within 2-3 deals. I purchased coins at a different time and the coins never came. Then no matter how many deals you win, on 2 mini games the PBA and MMA they didnt increase so you never get tickets no matter how many times you win.. so disappointed. Reached out to customer service and they asked for screenshot as if you anticipate something BAD about to happen.. then they dont get back to you..
