It hasn’t improved since I last reviewed it. You have to choose a salon before even logging in. It doesn’t let you use Face ID or even save your details to do the login. Then when you add a colour to your basket and try to add a cut, if you find there are no suitable appointment times you can’t just remove the cut and try a different person for it, to add to the colour. You have to start all over again. This is repeated each time a member of staff doesn’t have a cut appointment at the time you want. Very frustrating. Why can’t you just leave the colour in your basket while you try to find a cut to go with it at a suitable time? Needs a major overhaul.

Creating an account is too difficult

I’m a long standing Toni&Guy customer. This app let’s down the customer service I know and respect. My recommendation - re-design from the top to the bottom. Just ask ChatGPT or Copilot to make the requirements and develop the code…it’ll take you to at least 80% to being functional. My issues: Rewards does not work, despite being a customer for many many years, no reward points logged. Reset password does not work…never sends the email code to reset in the app. Never displays new appointments - high value, right? Displays past appointments - which seems of low value/useless. No notifications of upcoming appointments. Please note Tony&Guy, this is not a good look for your brand.

Could you may be build an app that saves the login??? Literally have to login from scratch every single time.

So fed up with having to continually log in, not use iCloud Keychain nor Face ID. This needs user input to go through how one uses it!

This app is so rubbish I can’t even begin. I don’t understand why they even have it, you can NEVER log in because the system NEVER recognises your (saved on my phone) password, same with their bloody website, when you request a password reset it just says the account is ‘locked’ EVERY SINGLE TIME. Their customer service is a waste of space because all they say is ‘your account is fine try logging in later’ and then we go back to the beginning. The only way I can book appts is by calling the salon like it’s the 90s, what’s the point of having an online system when it’s this ATROCIOUS??

Unable to register for use. It keeps asking for a phone number even when one has been put in. Appointments-wise it shows slots available but when you phone the salon they don’t exist. Basically it’s totally useless.

I never managed to get it to work. I’m trying to reset password but never received a verification code. Deleted again. I’ll stick to phone appointments. Shame it never worked.

Practically useless app now that you have to register payment details. No issue with cancellation fees and having cards on file, just make it so it works please.

It’s impossible to create an account in the app (clicking the link to create an account does nothing). When you have managed to create an account the app doesn’t use the iOS keychain to store/retrieve the password. App also doesn’t cope with an iPhone 8 screen size when initially opened, I have to scroll to read the text on the bottom two buttons yet there is acres of “empty” space at the top.
