Не обменять ваучер на not

Уважаемые разработчики почему ваучер notcoin лежит в tonkeepr, и его невозможно обменять на not ? Захожу в ваучер notcoin в кошельке, нажимаю обменять на not, выходит окошко с паролем, ввожу свой пароль, и ничего не происходит десятки Раз ввожу пароль и никакой реакции, на счету есть ton, чтоб списать комиссию, Или вообщем какие условия что для этого нужно ? Какие условия ? Напишите инструкцию как бменять nft ваучер от notcoin на монеты notcoin ?
