Terrible use of interface for both sides
For my professor that uses TopHat it does not work properly. As for my professor that would love to use this app, can’t even use it properly due to it’s errors in grading and complexity of the user interface, for the app is NOT user friendly for both sides. This mainly happens because of the connection errors. For as a student, I am receiving the incorrect grade because the assignment I complete are not being submitted and even restarting my progress of the questions. Very frustrating for any user to use this app.
Professor Support
I don’t see a way to manage my class in this app. Please create an app that professors can use.
This app is terrible and you’ll have to get it.
This app is atrocious and I hate every bit of it. The main issue I have is the homework used on it, which is often confusing, allows almost no attempts or good explanations, and is just generally terrible. I don’t know why we have to pay for this terrible excuse of an educational app, but we do for some reason. Unless you have to get it (which if you are reading this you probably do) it’s not worth installing for any reason.
The fact that they had the nerve to put this trash behind the paywall is insulting
I can’t do anything on this app. Not a single thing works properly. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any software. I hope this wasn’t anyone’s passion project because that would be absolutely pathetic.
App for IOS is useless
The primary use for this app at our school is to answer questions for attendance purposes. The questions do not load in time despite having several minutes to answer the question regardless of good internet connection. The only way to get a question to pull up is to logout and get back into the classroom every single time there’s a new question, and that’s not even a guarantee. This occurs on both iPhone and iPad. My classmates and I can’t stand having to use this app.

They gave a survey ab how good the app is when I was rushing to answer a question
Notifications are broken
Push notifications confirmed not working on an iPhone 11.
Writing
Writing anything on the app is horrible. It always loses formatting. This app is poorly made and so is the website in comparison to other learning platforms.
Unreliable, Glitchy, Expensive
Nuff said!
