Description

With the Topresponder app you can create two types of profiles. A “user” profile or a “responder” profile. When you create a user profile account it allows you to enter important life saving information such as; special needs occupants, allergies, medications, pets in the home and more. This information is then stored until you call 911 from the phone number or address registered with your account. In the case of either situation, the information you entered is then sent to the first responders who are headed to your emergency. Users who elect to make a “responder” account must be with a first responder agency (fire department, ems, etc.) When creating a “responder” account you will have to be verified. After being verified, you can create a profile and start receiving notifications when your agency has a new emergency. Responders can then select a response status, see other responders' response statuses, and see critical information entered by the dispatch center as well as the 911 caller.
