I really liked this app until the names were as removed. Smh

TopHap provides way more data about a property than any other real estate listings platform. It shows elevations, lot boundaries, permit info, comps analysis, risk factors, demographics and more. It’s a one stop shop for analyzing any property in the US.

This app is the best app when you’re trying to find a place to buy .you can drive anywhere and turn it on and see what’s available around you.

I like TopHap, although it’s estimates are mostly off, but still saves time compared to doing your own research. However this app offers very very basic features compared to the desktop version. Please bring the desktop features to your app please. Such as various heat maps. Thank you.

TopHap possesses the most comprehensive data analytics in the real estate industry today. I use TopHap with every client & as a high producing Broker in Orange County, CA it’s imperative that I have the right tools. The various reports are useful in all aspects of my client’s search for property or Listing a property. I use the “ invitation” feature to empower my client’s use of the TopHap platform. I would recommend strongly that all Real Estate Brokers/Agents use TopHap daily in their business operations.

Funnest way to explore homes in your area while on a walk! Helps me get to know attributes of homes and any address I want to research. Great visuals and frankly the best real estate app on the market I’ve come across so far.

I don’t see any real estate features in this app besides a map. Probably doesn’t work anymore.

Now that I installed it and I’ve had it for a few weeks, nothing happens when I tap on a property that I’m interested in.
