Toppr: Learning App for 5-12th

I live in the UK and wanted to use this app to help with my math studies and when i tried to sign up with my number (UK number which is +44) it would let me, but when i tried a number from the US it let me sign in and get a code. I find this quite confusing on how i cant sign up with a UK number but can with a US number, whats the point of having options for different country numbers and then it not working 🤨

This is a very good app for to clarify their doubts with teachers this app is very helpful for all kind of students. I want this app to be known by all the students of the world so that they can improve their academic performance.

Worst app ever they make promises to us that our child will under their observation and all but they do not care about it after having the money they come to your house and show you this that and try to make you buy the subscription but the app is useless it’s explanation is so bad free platforms have better explanation than this. Don’t waste your money. I’m giving this a 5 star so that everyone can see this and don’t get scammed. If you don’t believe me do some research and than subscribe

More MCQ s are needed

They called us and told us that they are from a professional education company that my child’s school has partnered with and that they wanted to visit our home for counselling(we later found out from the school it was a lie). They came and made huge promises to the point they even said that they will give us a full campus tour of IIT with our best plan, they assured us our child’s education board was available. Firstly our child’s education board has pretty much no content and they just reused videos from other boards. Secondly, their so called ‘doubt-solving’ feature has just random untrained people who copy paste answers from google and talk rudely if the child asks for a proper explanation. We made multiple calls for refund and they always kept saying ‘we have forwarded this to our team you will get a reply’ but nothing was done. After so much trying, they said go to our BYJU’S platform we will shift the plan and convinced us but then when we found out our child’s board is not even available on the platform they started saying things like ‘make your child change the board’ and kept forcing us to go to BYJU’S , after multiple conversations when we denied they stopped calling and doing anything. We made calls later to customer support and they said they will give a refund but half since the half term was already done ,when we told them this happens because of their delays, they said that according to their ‘system’ we made no complaints. They used baseless excuses to halve the refund. This is a scam.
