I used to be able to look at your weekly flyer and make my shopping list directly off of it on my phone…. Made life easy….why would you eliminate that feature from the app?

I’ve been on Wi-Fi, off Wi-Fi, great signal, restarted phone and everything in between. Nothing works and it just hangs up EVERY TIME and I just close out the app and move on with my day.

Coupons are not high enough in value. Do not want to buy two of anything. Not fair to seniors or singles

I have had my card since 2017. I finally decided to get the app and it does not give me access. It does not accept my card. What kind of scam are you pulling here? I try to reset in Paske word it won’t let me. I have tried everything in my power and you people have got the worst app ever garbage garbage garbage.

Always so helpful in anything I have ever needed.

This new format is very difficult to follow. I also miss not being able to see the amount total of coupons I have clipped.

Switched from the old app to the new. It is much less convenient than the old app. Why would you do this to customers? I have choices. Musings got switch to another grocery.

Went to sign in but password (saved) not recognized and the change password link is forbidden by Microsoft. Very frustrating. And where is the Cazenovia store?

Took multiple, multiple attempts to get in when told to sign in. Very confusing. Almost made me want to avoid shopping at Tops.

I love the idea of the app, however my partner and I both tried to download it and sign in tonight, neither of us are able to get past the sign in page. I see this is a common problem others have had as well.
