It’s the worst app to send top up credit for folks in Jamaica always an error message.

App doesn’t work properly outside of Jamaica

I add money to my account and cannot buy a plan. There is no plan to buy. It simply keeps asking me to add more money. I am technologically astute so this is ridiculous. I should not have to do *129# just to add data to my prepaid for when I am on island. Really poor showing flow. Do better.

Since the update 2 weeks ago, I can no longer see my data balance. I can only see the cash balance. This is not good. A backward step in my opinion

I'm using postpaid service and I have to go and google just to find answers instead of the app.

Rubbish app! Incompetent customer service! Only thing that has changed over the last 10 years, is that FLOW has become even more inept. No surprise, why the LOW is in fLOW..

Why does the interface of the app keep changing when I open it? The new logs me out, I have to relog into it every time I need to check my balance. I can’t do that when I’m on my tablet.
