Garbage

It promised a 3 day trial but immediately charged me $10 and doesn’t even work. Like at all. Not on WiFi not on cellular data. Just straight does not work at all for any purpose. Thanks for taking my money I guess you thieving pieces of human excrement.

Disapppinted

In all fairness, I’ve used this app several times as a paid subscriber in the past and had no issues. It worked as advertised, and it got the job done. Understand that I have never minded paying for apps and their upgrades just so long as I’m getting what I’ve aid for. This is why, fast forward a year, I had no hesitance in repurchasing an upgrade for the monthly membership on this app again. Only this time, I found myself very frustrated when I could not run the app, and every time I tried opening it, it either froze my phone or it closed out immediately. It wasn’t an issue with my settings, or my private VPN, nor was I running any apps in the background, these are all known facts… the app simply would not open and I was not able to use it. Despite numberous attempts to resolve the issue, and seek out technical suppprt, the app maker failed to reply to me or address my ongoing issue. Finally I had to no choice but to request a refund thru apple, who quickly issued a full refund within 24 hrs. This is a big disappointment from a company that once had a decent app and good customer support. I don’t know what changed within the parameters of this company to cause such a negative shift, but they sure went on a downward spiral. My recent experience is very disappointing. Especially considering, I am fairly certain that IF they had only taken a few mins to trouble shoot w/me or provide ANY form of technical support, my inability to load the app may have been quickly resolved and this review of the app would be much more favorable. Instead, a half dozen attempts to reach out went unanswered and I find myself leaving 2 stars. (I added an additional star because I do know this app once worked in the past… so perhaps the potential for working again in the future is still exists?). I’ll close with simply: Buyer beware. 2 of the most important words ever spoken…. BUYER BEWARE.
