As the subject says. There is a programming error in which I can’t use a “.” character in my password at login, even though that password was allowed while signing up and functions on the website. This literally makes the app disfunctional for me.

Have used this company quite a bit over the past year, support and rates are a bit of hit and miss - today it’s taken over 8 hours to transfer funds sent yesterday. Nobody answered their phones - actually thought they’d closed the business as couldn’t reach anyone on the phone for hours
You showed me the account where I may transfer the amount after the end of everything, saying that I should make the transfer within 24 hours. My French bank will take up to 2 days to add a beneficiary for the bank transfer, which actually makes all this effort null and void. What a disappointment…
Really great way to be able to transfer money from the UK to the EU with zero transfer fees and I’ve always found them to have really favourable exchange rates as well. The support is been excellent on the couple of occasions that I needed them.

Torfex is a must-have service for anyone who has an overseas bank account and transfers money on a regular basis. It is easy to use, and the function where you can deposit money and then wait until your overseas currency hits a certain value is a great idea.
