Every time I enter the game it throws me out. I deleted it and downloaded it again but it's the same. Fix this

But...had it on my previous phone and purchased customisations for cars, had I think 35th level, upgraded my phone and now everything its gone, even that I was logged in to Facebook on both phones :/ is there any chance to get it back? Thanks
