Nice game. Making a lot of friends around the world. May be need to protect smaller players to a certain level.
Blocked my account t for unknown reason; Support is inexistent/unresponsive
I’ve had a bug for weeks that I repeatedly contacted Support for to no avail. Considering the many purchases I made. The riders are being counted as x2 and the siege engines as x10, making me lose battles because of smaller army. But no response. I complained and requested for an Apple refund due to this bug, which apple granted. After this they blocked me for “violation of the game rules” with a message to contact Support, but support is inexistent and unresponsive.
Game triple charged me on in-app purchases, twice
Game is alright but heavily incentivises in app purchases. But when I purchased a $6.98 package I was later billed x3 for a total of $20.94. At first I thought it was MY mistake but this happened again a few days later (so I’ve been billed 4 additional times). When I tried to contact their support no one replied for hours. When I tried to contact Apple to refund it was denied. When I tried to talk to someone at Apple it was refused. All together this was a big waste of time. Deleted my account and will not be returning.
Fun and addictive game, but expensive to play
It's nearly impossible to enjoy this game without spending $30-60 a month. No matter how long you've played this, how how strong / mighty you are, you would still need to spend some money to continue the enjoyment of the game.
Developers Did A Fantastic Game Design!
Excellent game but very expensive(hence only 4 stars) if your want to grow fast. If you spend USD20 a month, you will grow slowly and may take many months to be a player with mediocre might. I think learning of this game’s many different activities needs to be slow and done over 2-3 weeks but there is a lot of guidance from the game itself. Top tip is to join a clan asap to accelerate grow and understanding.
