The Total Connect Comfort app allows users to remotely monitor and manage their heating and security system – at anytime, from anywhere. Total Connect Comfort works with the following thermostat and security solutions:
- The evohome thermostat systems
- The single zone thermostat in conjunction with an internet gateway
- The European voice controlled thermostat
- The Wi-Fi Smart thermostat (available in selected countries)
- Evohome Security
- Sucrebox Security
With the Total Connect Comfort app users can:
- View and set the indoor temperature
- View and change the program time period
- View and set a quick action (on selected solutions)
- View and set the system's operating mode (on selected solutions)
- View and set the fan's operating mode (on selected solutions)
- View a 5-Day weather forecast
- Access multiple locations if more than one system is registered
- Use the Demo Mode before purchasing a thermostat
- Automatically upgrade to new features once they become available
- Turn on or off email notifications about the system's connectivity status
With the Total Connect Comfort app together with an Evohome or SucreBox security system, users can:
- Arm, disarm or partial arm their security system
- Take camera shots upon an automatic or manual alarm trigger
- Receive alarm notifications via email or SMS
- View the alarm system activity feed
- Automatically upgrade to new features once they become available

Still crash 😠
Its shame that you still can’t solve the crash .. have to delete and install the program again after few days and the problem comes up again
Can't update the version
I have v. 4.3.0 but in the AppStore is mentioned latest version is 4.3.1 In addition in AppStore the photo shows that we can add two devices in one location but in the app we can add just one

Broken terrible interface. Unintuitive with zero changes for the last years.
App reageert niet goed
Wij worden er heel vak uitgegooid en moeten ons dan weer opnieuw aanmelden
Sophisticated
Untill now the app and equipment works good,only the app looks a bit archaic,a more sophisticated "face"would be nicer....looking at Nest :-) Its old this interface,can you upgrade it a little bit ? Thks Frans
Reageert niet snel ,
Kan wat makkelijk en slimmer Werkt niet soepel
Maakt niet waar wat je van een dergelijke app mag verwachten
Gebruik deze app al een paar jaar, maar had graag een ontwikkeling gezien. De app geeft niet aan welke zones aangestuurd worden - lees: welke ruimtes verwarmd of gekoeld wordt. Dit is toch het minste wat je naast de actuele en gewenste temperatuur mag verwachten. Verder kun je aangeven wanneer een e-mail moet worden verzonden in geval van enige storing. Dit gebeurt echter niet, waardoor het systeem onbetrouwbaar wordt. Recentelijk bleek de batterij van 1 van de thermostaten leeg. Hiervan kreeg ik geen melding. Helaas heeft Honeywell geen boodschap aan dergelijke onvolkomenheden in de software.
Zwaar verouderd
Ik heb dit systeem overgenomen van de vorige bewoners, jammer want de app is echt onwerkbaar en werkt onhandig. Je kunt er weinig mee. Toe aan een hele grote update.
Update TCC
Lekker zo’n update, kan met de app wel instellen maar communiceert niet meer met de BDR91 dus ketel slaat niet aan.
