I was on a monthly plan and decided to invest in a yearly plan and now it doesn’t work. I have purchased it and confirm my purchase multiple times yet. It still counts me as a free version. How can this be fixed? I need to use this product as I hoped I would and now I’m just frustrated.
Purchases a one month subscription to listen to PDFs. Speech is difficult to listen to. It didn’t take much time to see that the amateurish text to speech sounds unnatural pauses. Dropped the subscription on the same day. A $1.99 lesson I won’t repeat with this company.
I use this app to re read scripts and other documents, I always pay for a monthly subscription but now my subscription is not being recognized by the app or it’s developers. I run into ads and limited use notifications constantly and have even cancelled and re purchased a membership, only for it to once again not acknowledge my membership. This is extremely frustrating and I am even more disappointed that the developers have yet to acknowledge this issue or the emails I have sent.
They’re choppy and monotone and make listening a chore.
This app waited until after I downloaded it to tell me it cannot read all PDFs. Unfortunately, it appears this one is a waste of time for me.
It is great when it works. Problem is it crashes so often and loses its place when it does. For being a paid app at $2 every month, that is unacceptable. Great when it actually works!
Any suggestions?
