More like a scam than blocking scam
Auto subscription after trial period even when unsubscribed before the supposed billing date. Because I’ve subscribed I have no way to stop it billing me every month.

冇人會follow up your any question
第一年到期日那天停唔到subscribe 。然後自動選擇貴plan 續約。第二年已經一早在約滿前停止subscribe. 但佢會繼續自動寄invoice 俾，再要錢。冇任何customer service . 很差體驗，永久blacklist
Cannot connect VPN for many times
The VPN is rubbish that it can’t be connected.
Software charges me every few months without my authorization
I authorized to pay 2 usd through PayPal to be able to scan my iPhone for virus. I did not know nor authorized the continuous payment of us$9.95 every few months after. I had now canceled the subscription through PayPal. But I could not get a refund of the 9.95 for the first cycle of subscription that o did not authorize to pay. The companies’ web site also made it so hard to get through to cancel get your money back. I need a refund.

They charged me repeatedly and duplicated, even though I cut my account. Customer service did not respond to my complaint. Not to mention functions are of no use. No No.

TOTALAV waste of money
I am surprise only have duplicate photos features at $99. What a ripoff. Installed on my iPhone, only feature is look for duplicate photos, what a waste of money. You have to pay for another HK$450+ for a year subscription of VPN. This is nut, day light robbery.
TotalAV antiVirus APP?
I also subscribed to this service to scan, clear and protect my iOS devices from virus attacks....it was at the top of the list of highest recommended software for Virus Protection...I guess I misunderstood/was mislead...
