Charge Europe is the new generation mobile application dedicated to TotalEnergies' public Charge Points in Europe.
With the help of TotalEnergies Charge Europe app, you can :
- Find real-time available charge points directly on the map or through a search box, filtered by connector type and power.
- Scan the QR Code on any charge point and start a ""Pay As You Go"" charge.
- Monitor your ongoing charging session in real-time within the app, through the lock screen widget or on your Apple Watch, stop it with a single click.
- Enable push notifications to be warned when charge stops.
- Create an account and save your mean of payment, get easy access to your charging history (including charging curves and fast vs. regular charging split) and invoices, and set as favorite your preferred charge points for future easy access.
- Use Touch / Face ID to connect to the app.
- Subscribe to one of our offers available in United Kingdom, France and Spain to activate booking of any available charge point, receive your personal RFID badge to simplify charge launch and payment, and even get discounts on kWh price with our Master subscription! As a subscriber, you can launch several bookings simultaneously If needed.
- With the help of Apple CarPlay, select a charge point directly on the screen of your car, book it, and use your preferred navigation app to reach it.
- Several electric vehicles in the same household? Several charges can be launched simultaneously, either by using one badge per vehicle and/or through PAYGO feature.

So bad 😖

I’ve tried for month to register to get a card. The app kept saying something went wrong. I tried to uninstall the stupid app and then start again and….. again it would say something went wrong That has gone in for 6 months. I give up

Absolutely Brilliant

Highly recommend this service, great on information and instructions, very helpful Customer Service.

Worst customer experience ever

Not only the chargers themselves more often broken than not, inconvenient since they have somehow bought a monopoly in London, but the app is terrible. It’s impossible to add new cards. And they don’t take American Express meaning you can’t charge Work trips to the app. It’s just ignorant to people’s uses of cars. If you need to pay using a different card, I recommend you pay using Zapmap, something I recently discovered and use when I don’t have the fortune of being able to avoid this company.

Customer service is amazing. Prices and other services are great. Just need to fix terminals. As mostly four terminals at one point but two in working condition while two are not.

Nothing works

No source chargers near us work now with this App. Messages says ‘plug car in’ whilst car is plugged in. Tried 3 different ones. Utter joke.

Slow performance

This app is sooo slow with so many bugs… takes me 10 minutes to process a payment and charge my car….. team please fix the performance of this app!!!

Faulty chargers

It is incredible users get charged idle fees for faulty chargers. Busy parents have little time to keep checking the apps to check whether a vehicle is charging or not. Time consuming and complicated

Card not linked with app

Not sure why the discount always requires the actual membership card for starting and finishing or else we get charged full price when using app and bank card that’s registered to my same account

Terrible

Terrible app. Initially slow to open and now doesn’t open. Renders charging network useless
