New. Version won’t connect. Running latest iPad version but pc says upgrade or it won’t work. Fully paid user 😞

Wont connect to my windows 11 PC. Ports are correct, IP is correct, i’ve tried using both an ethernet cable and Wifi on my PC, nothing. Other remote control apps work fine for me; this one is clearly outdated.

I love the concept of this product and I’m trying to use it all the time but it doesn’t always produce the desired result. Sometimes a string of ‘virtual keystrokes’ doesn’t seem to execute in full producing some unintended results that I have to undo or back out of. Sometimes pressing the same button a couple of times works … but not often enough. I would also like it to work off a tethered connection rather than just wi-fi

I have only had this for a few days, and I have only used it to automate a few text heavy features with M.S. Word, but, WOW! This app is easy to set up, super easy to customise and had already saved me significant time. I am looking forward to seeing what else it can do, but if you use lots of macros, or do lots of other repetitive tasks but struggle to remember the shortcut keys, this app is a huge help! Thanks to the developers- worth every cent.

Wow, what an awful connection process. Couldn’t get it to work and not willing to spend the extra three hours of frustration to get anywhere. Had the Elgato system up and running within 2 minutes

This product is the best of its kind on the market with an easy to learn and use system and staff always willing to provide support above and beyond all expectations. This product has more uses than I can wrap my head around and I continue to learn something new everyday even after almost a year of use.

This app is good if you don’t want to buy a stream deck. The only problem I have had is I can swap pages. But fully worth the $14 aus

It is a great app wait words can’t describe how awesome this app the customer support is very helpful as they use a discord server and have over 418 members and growing with your download:) I would rate over 9000 but the stars only go 5

Keyboard shortcuts do not function when the Touch Portal program is not in the foreground. Additionally, it would be beneficial for XSplit users if there's an option to set source visibility to "show" and "hide" separately, rather than just offering a toggle function. That way we can specifically Show one source only and then Hide the rest.

It used to work well, now I cannot get it to connect, even when I manually enter the settings. You should pass on this one.
