System disconnecting
Constantly disconnecting from system and have to click restaurant name over and over again until it finally lets me in. Talk about frustrating on a busy weekend night! It’s been like this for a year now, please fix it

Impossible to explain all the problems
This app is associated with my work so every time I see the icon I brings me anxiety and terror. Every time I open the app I die a little inside.
It has been five months and still not a system I can use. They are noe charging me almost $400 a month and I can not use there system. The original menu they provided was unusable. It’s as if the person who set it up had never seen a menu. Missed appointments. Missed follow up. My latest issues was elevated to The Developer Group and I have no idea when It might get fixed cause no one calls back. Management doesn’t care as I have beefed foe them to call me and they just don’t. I have no confidence in this company to support their customers or their product. Run the other way. I estimate I have lost over $5000 in time and money with now way to recover what I have lost. It’s too bad you can’t do any negative stars cause this would be a -5 star company.
If you ever want to quit TouchBistro they will still try to make unauthorized charges to your account.
I did try work with they. They stole me, I lost more than $300. CAREFULNESS
System crashes and kicks us out frequently. Bar tab feature has been frustrating my staff more and more by not remembering credit card names. Bar taps won’t tip paperless. I’ve heard other places don’t have our issue with 1 tablet. We have 5 tablets. My staff would like to throw it out the widow. I’ve ask to release me from my contract if the system is not working properly. The last 6 the system seem worse and worse. Figure it out please.
It has a lot of issues with credit card processors. They are stopping in the middle of transaction and it is frustrating. Also their updates are happening always in the middle of dinner service. I do not think I will continue to use
This used to actually be intuitive and easy to use, for the most part, but now every update strips away more and more functionality from the app and shoves it on their awful, abysmally formatted cloud site. I love walking into my restaurant to discover all the floor plans are gone and I have to delay opening so I can scramble to register a new admin cloud account to regain limited access to less functionality than I had yesterday. I marvel at the sheer audacity of the copywriter who wrote that in order to keep improving the app, we’re limiting what you can do with it, without a scrap of irony. With each new update to “continue to serve you better” that comes out, I receive nothing but a headache.
It’s is the worst system I’ve ever worked with. Get ANY other system.
