Read the small print! They auto renew even when your cards are updated by your bank and they “may” use your personal information. How disgusting is that! For that reason I give 1 star - also never used the service as at the time didn’t like the cards.

I’ve been trying to reach help for a day now, because the card design I receive by emails differ from what I see in my card order status. despite several attempts, the wrong card seems to be on its way. it seems to be a small glitch, however this way tjis card is offensive (and ugly) if it gets to the recipient I will really really be disappointed. hope it’s just a miscommunixation and I can restore the 5 star review I had before.

Simple, yet fantastic:)

One of the best apps ever! So easy to use.

Really good though getting a bit expensive these days.

This app never reminds you when your monthly card offer expires which means you can easily miss your ‘free’ card for that month. They could just send you a monthly reminder…… but they don’t. Update: Despite their response telling me I receive monthly reminders to use the credits, I never did. Hence I cancelled this membership and whilst trying to use up my remaining monthly postcards, they cut off my account so I couldn’t use the credit. Email to customer service and ambiguous responses, no one is dealing with the credit I’m owed. Disappointing- this is why I cancelled the subscription. SUBSCRIBE WITH CAUTION.

I have used TouchNote for a long time now I can not fault their service their product quality and their excellent customer service Well done TouchNote

I ordered 8 thanks you cards around 26 June. There was a slight delay as I made an error but I then rectified it. I bought the cards. Paid 26£. Only 2 so far have been received. 4 supposedly are sent but not received and 2 have never been sent. Have written so many messages but zero support or anyone to contact. It’s a disgrace
