The App itself is very good. Since I upgraded to premium it has become impossible to use. In the best case it is enormously slow. In the normal case it crashes. In the worst case, it makes my iPhone crash. I use an iPhone 13 and iOS 18.5, in case developers read the reviews.

The eraser was once free some month ago and now you guys decided to make it a subscription thing instead.

I have used TouchRetouch for many years now. And even if lately other apps have popped up with similar features, this one is still the best.

I have been using TouchRetouch since it was released. Some while ago they jumped on the screw the old customers -subscription model. and totally downgraded the app for non subscribers. They changed that and gave us old users what we payed for and more and now the app is great. I just wanna say thanks to the developers for their good app and morals.

Från att ha lovat att 79 kronor för en livslång premium-användning till en årlig avgift på 160 kronor, får mig att avstå när det finns andra som gör det gratis och bättre. Tråkigt.

We’ve been told the features we payed for were ours forever, but now I can’t save the image without having to choose a subscription plan. To me that’s a basic feature I payed for, without it the app is pretty useless. Disappointing. Will find another alternative.

Jag köpte den här appen för flera år sedan och supportade er genom det. Nu när jag skulle redigera en bild och spara den behövde jag i månaden för att kunna spara. Köp inte den här appen, riktig skitapp som inte bryr sig om sina användare. Och säg inte att det är för att kunna hålla igång appen för om det inte funkar får ni be om ursäkt och ta ner den för Appstore. Om användare har betalat för appen kan man inte börja med månads subscriptions helt plötsligt. Riktigt uselt. Gillade den här appen innan. I en annan recension säger skaparna att de inte hade kunnat lägga till fler ai-features. Gör isåfall så att man måste betala för att få dem. Jag använde appen innan ai grejerna och den funkade bättre utan allt lagg. Behövde starta om den flera gånger. Jag vill ha pengarna tillbaka!
