Cannot view account statements in the app. The only option is to save a PDF of the statement to the device or cloud and view elsewhere. I don’t want a PDF, I simply want to view the statement in the app without games or hoops to jump through.
Out of about 40 times trying to log in I got in twice. Wouldn’t send codes, won’t save changes. You have some issues to fix!!! Not sure I want to use it anymore for my personal info. Maybe that’s having problems too?
Turns out the apps email servers didn’t get their DMARC setting correctly so I can’t get emails to login and certify my identity. You would think an app about financial information would know how to do configure email security properly.
I opened the app on my iPad, clicked on the button to download a statement but it appears to have done nothing. I can’t find the file anywhere on my iPad. Am I doing something wrong?
