How difficult could it be to pull off an update that continues to allow us to delete playlists, 0”pick your entire playlist, play your song order in a playlist or list them alphabetically? Who did this update? A 5 year old? Now you go to a bar for two hours and the entire time you are engaging with the app. This is awful. Can someone please tell me how to get this old version back? If it’s not too late, do NOT update this App. You will regret it. Looks like Tarzan, frail like Jane.

I spent 1500 bucks last year on credits. With that said, I am also a bar rewards member and I am finding out now that they are removing credit sharing. And some of the favorite features of the previous app. Unless it’s something seriously good, I am done with you guys. I was excited because I am a beta tester on the new app and I like it. But you all need to get more generous and not less generous or else these things are gonna start disappearing from bars.

The new version 4.0 is another example of fixing what isn’t broken. Not only is it harder to find songs, but you can’t view recent plays. There’s nothing like getting booed for repeating songs that had already been played before you arrived. This is also a stealth price increase, since it removes some fast pass privileges. Fast pass is one way to keep the jukebox bullies from playing only one form of “music”, which is irritating and makes the jukebox a pest instead of a pleasure.

Have You ever heard the phrase “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”….could not be more on point on this horrible update (everything cost more, playlist are shuffle, no more benefits to status players, harder to navigate all around)…way to mess things up, fired the programmers PLEASE!!

It was working fine. Then they did an update that deleted all my account information and I couldn’t log on anymore. All I get is errors.
