App breaks
The whole app breaks and becomes unusable when trying to make an account. Once you click your preferred contact method it bricks and becomes unusable

Scam likely
Makes you put in your ID AND credit card even though there’s no charge (supposedly). Arrived for my tour and there was no key in the lockbox - called Tour 24 helpline and they acted like they didn’t know what happened. Do not use! Just call the leasing office of the place you want to tour
It is literally impossible to log into this app
I can put in my phone number, but once it goes to the page where I put in my password, all I see is the cut off top part of the logo and the “sign in” button. Ive rotated the screen to landscape. I’ve forced closed and restarted the app thrice. I’ve restarted my phone. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Super frustrating to be forced to use an app that doesn’t work if you want to self tour.
Doesn’t Work
We went to tour in 105 degree weather on our only day off together and this app had us looking stupid and suspicious instead of touring the apartment we are looking to rent. Waste of time, GREAT idea for an app, unfortunately I have to question the integrity of the people who made the app because it’s literally worse than useless. Zero stars if I could
Don’t move into a place that uses this app
If they use this app then they’re already a cheap place that cuts corners and doesn’t care about customer service. Imagine driving 2 hours to see an apartment just to get there and you can’t even get in because the app to view it doesn’t work. We followed all of the directions to a T and it still didn’t work, no access codes were provided, just pictures of what the tour would entail. Called customer service and couldn’t get through to anyone. We just had to leave and go to the next place. We won’t be moving into that apartment because the trash app they use doesn’t even allow you to tour it. Thanks
