I’ve been trying for months to open an account (tried twice with two different email addresses). The first time I never made it past email verification because the link never worked (multiple tries). This time I tried with a new email, after 4 tries I got email verification to work. Then once inside I could verify my identity (great!) but then after submitting it asked me to pay for premium. There was an X to close this in the top left but when I closed it I was just logged out of the app. I logged in 3 more times trying to get past the “pay for premium screen” and was logged out all 3 times. Just getting to a home screen in this app is like a game/puzzle I have to solve so I’ve given up. I’ve already given it more effort than it deserves. Poor UX.

This is a great app! I like it that it's only for women. It's also easy to contact other travelers.
