“Coming soon”…. Meses? Y sin buscador en las compras
Desde hace años, no me explico cómo puede haber una web y App tan lenta y que dé tantos problemas y fallos. Y aprovecho a decir que no sé si diferimos en lo que significa “coming soon”escrito en un producto. Años? Los artículos de Tous son por lo general muy buenos. Pero la app, los envíos con algún producto faltante (ocurrido en varias, no pocas ocasiones), y el famoso “coming soon”, no tienen para mi una buena valoración. Tampoco entiendo que no haya una búsqueda de artículos que hemos comprado.

Te cobra el pedido pero no lo registra, te manda varias veces a la plataforma de pago haciendo que pagues varias veces sin darte cuenta luego llamas al call center y nadie coge las llamadas
