Hello. Every time i log in i cant stay in the game for more than 10 seconds because it kicks me out When i try to move. ( i am on iOS)I have tried re-installing, making second accounts, switching servers etc. Can you pls fix? Or just tell me what i need to do to not just get kicked. If so thanks:
Servers queue take too long , cannot have the same save on the same region, you are forced to wait for the server you made the save to open. Queue keeps refreshing while in line. Not worth the time at all! After several months without playing , I wanted to return to enjoy the new updates but they have deleted my account, I don’t want to start over so I just quit to play this game !

I had deleted the game for a little while, then once I reinstalled it and logged back on all my progress had been reset. I don know what happened, or why it happened, but if this is a bug in the system please fix as soon as possible.
I tried to come in AND starting over again but nothing worked i hope you Will fix that

This game needs a console version to be good
My ping is very high can’t play the game at low or high graphics and my device is brand new iPad Air 5th gen please check it out and servers are not working propo
I play it 18 hours a day on pc
The game is nice, but after a day of playing all my account data was deleted. Logging into my account was like I had just made a new account. Customer support is no help. Download this game if you want to waste your time.
