Terrible App, now cannot make service appointment tru Toyota app
Cant open even reinstall or update!
24 seven means the app just loading for 24 hrs and seven days, cant open the damn app, only the circle thing kept round and round only

Cannot reset password
Cannot reset password even with OTP because once OTP submitted, it keep on going to the same insert OTP page. Too many bug

Vehicle Telematics System
My car’s location has not moved since 7 months ago. It is stuck at the same location no matter how i refresh/ kill app/ restart phone. I’ve already updated the app to the latest version. It doesn’t live up to its purpose and i am thinking whether its worth to renew for another year. Kindly look into the issue
