Service Appointment that have make on Toyota My App ios doesn’t capture at Services Center (Wing Hin Motor Service Center, Pandan Indah) System have no record. This is my 4rd time to SC same issue. Please update the app that connects all Toyota Service Centers systems.
The App > My Services I can’t check my upcoming booking details. The Ui is not user friendly. Even I have updated the latest Toyota My App.
Useless Apps
I believe Toyota has been hit with ransomware or hacked. All our data were lost and unrecoverable.
Their so called IT department is non existent and our loyalty point vanished into the air.
They give zero * about customer satisfaction nowadays, their degradation and downfall is imminent.
App broken on the latest update yesterday
After update, on my iphone 16 pro max the remote starting engine stop working. The icon for starting engine suddenly appear green with the label “turn on” but when press or hold press nothing happen. This breaks the functionality. Can I try your beta app?

Unable to Book My Service Appt
The app just doesn't work as how it was used to
PREFERRED SERVICE ADVISOR OPTION IS SO POINTLESS AND USELESS
One thing I really dislike about this app is the option to choose a preferred service advisor for when we visit the service center.
However, when we arrive at the service center, the name of the chosen service advisor is never mentioned in the service/repair order form, and we end up being attended to by a random service advisor.
There’s no point in having the option to select a preferred service advisor if, in the end, the advisor assigned to us is random. I’ve noticed this happening multiple times. Not once have I been attended by the service advisor I selected through the app. It’s completely pointless.
Connected Car not showing the real update of the car.
The Connected Car menu is not responding and always not showing the exact location of the car. What’s the point of this function since it’s always down and not helpful. Hello TOYOTA MALAYSIA, please improvise your apps to ease customers need.
Unable to add new vehicle
First time using this Toyota My apps, unable to add new vehicle, it just show the car plate number, but no car photo, and also cannot use the remote start function as well, only can use for book service appointment. If the apps not ready for customer to use, please do not launch first, get a better developer to fix the issue first before release to end user

I can’t add my car. No data found. Service center folks said it should already be available.
