The delivery guy is Syrian. Not allowed in government facilities here. Do something about it. I waited for too long. And i gotta cancel it. But no response from support team. Make an automation that filters the drivers to get into some government area
I have been a loyal customer for a year now, they haven’t process or do anything to resolve my refund issue in which I didn’t cancel.. they are the ones who canceled my order at that time due to some issues they have.. i called them many times but they are claiming that they already processed a refund but i called my bank alrajhi 3 times but according to them there is no refund from to you app… it’s been more than a month now.. you just lost a loyal customer and I’m deleting my account and app… never again!!! And i also spread the stories to all my friends and family for awareness… 😡😡😡
After waiting for long time they will cancel your order..better not to download this application
There are no options for auto translation. The delivery guy isn’t cooperative, he wanna talk to me in Arabic, can’t speak the language. I messaged him, he could translate it though. But he keeps calling me, it doesn’t make sense why would he call and talk to me. He should do his job well. I have patient, advised him to leave the order at the screening area. This is unbelievable, I don’t recommend it to you all.
Worst food delivery app ever! I ordered at 8:30 pm and i didn't receive my food until 10:30pm. I called their costumer service but i didnt get a proper response from them. As much as i want cancel my order i already paid for it. My food arrived cold and unappetizing. On top of that the driver does not even wear mask. So disappointing! Spare yourselves from frustration. Don't download the app.
First time to use this app for food delivery. Placement of order was easy and more importantly, the food was delivered in less than 30 min from the time I ordered. I highly recommend this app.
always on time very accurate ... fast service kepp it up.... hunger station talabat ubereats carriage etc....
They are not reliable, i called many time their customer support and no answer from them. Im waiting fo my order for almost an hour and they didn’t tell anything about the reason until I cancelled it. Inconsistent
