I just got these earbuds, app is easy to use, earbuds connect easily, sound is decent for a very a affordable pair of earbuds

I like that I can use the app to save my own EQ settings for the music I listen to!

These headphones were 25-30 bucks on Amazon, have an awesome app with equalizer and free relaxing sounds, lots of customization options. Battery life above and beyond what I expected. I often leave them out of the case for a whole day and they’re still 50% charged. I’m very impressed with Tozo in general.

I want to reiterate: My headphones are perfectly fine. Great, even - I bought them to replace basically the same pair that finally kicked the bucket not that long ago. But this time around the box also had something about an app, so I decided to check it out. It’s basically just a weird social media lite/company store, with a tab for connecting your TOZO devices for some settings updates/firmware updates - but only some of them. The A1’s do connect and have very limited customization: only equalizer settings and firmware updates are available. This doesn’t bother me much, since i’m no audiophile, so the standard settings sound fine to me. But it is there if you need to tweak them. HOWEVER. The ONE thing I was HOPING the app would be able to do… something it seems most other modern earbuds can do…. is a Find your earbud feature. Basically a feature that connects to your earbud (provided that it has charge) when you drop it or lose it somewhere that forces the earbud to make a very loud noise - usually a beep or chirp of some kind. That would literally be the only reason why you’d have a third party app for your third party earbuds, right?!? Samsung and Apple’s earbuds can do this, raycons can, the $25 earbuds I bought from Amazon that are my “backup” work headphones do it, why can’t these?!???????? Having any sort of social media and store aspect of your app INSTEAD of any utility, quality of life features is BAFFLING to me. I’m uninstalling this app because it’s basically useless otherwise unless you have a model that you can customize the touch inputs for, which I did think the A1 could do according to the included manual, but apparently can’t. So i truly have no use for this app.
