Please fix the app. I was able to program my outside lights for two months then the app stopped working. When I open the app I shows my lights on the Bluetooth but won’t connect to them. My lights are useless now. I can change colors but not program.
When I got my outdoor lights last holiday season, I was able to connect them to the app with no issues. Now I can see the device is connected to Bluetooth but the app will not let me add the device to program the lights. My lights are useless now because this app is so poor
Running iPhone 14 Pro Max 100+ ft lights. Strong wifi at home. I can control these lights remotely from anywhere in the states and even from Mexico. 6 months and app still works. Bunch of cool settings and colors. Happy. Thanks
Please fix the app. The family really enjoyed customizing for the holidays. The last update changed everything.
After not using the lights for a couple months I tried to use them again and it won’t let me. Connects to the Bluetooth and then nothing. Won’t stay in my app do anything.
This app is very basic. It was working at first. I created the devices and was able yo control them. But suddenly, one of the 5 devices disappeared from the app. When I try to add the device, the app sees the device and connects to its Bluetooth, but then DOES NOT let me Name the device or add it to my device list. I have tried resetting the device, but that does not fix the problem. I think it may be a sync problem between the TP Orig account server and the app connection. Please fix this and please add more features to this app!!
