好了没错我找了很久，关键字从统计，到表格，表单，自定义表单，填写，记录都搜过，这是我想要的APP，虽然还有一些不完善的地方，比如统计数据预览只显示了填写内容等，但是没有替代品，这就是我想要的。很多人有数据思维，但是总要有工具来执行，这就是没错了，希望作者继续完善，谢谢！

一点问题
字段顺序编辑了保存之后会被打乱，每回都要编辑很多次才能成功。
增加不了记录？可以新增跟踪项目，但点绿色加号新增记录就完全没反应呢，ios14.4.2

记录的东西突然没有了
我记了好久的东西，今天打开软件闪退，然后记录的所有的东西都没有了，空空荡荡，我都没来得及存档就没了😡😡😡😡
